Virtual Fall 2023 Conference

"A Call to Action: Addressing the Challenges of Leadership, Policy and Practice”
The virtual conference is scheduled to commence at 9:00 a.m. with the President's Welcome, Pearson and FASA Welcome. This will be followed by FDOE updates including FELS 2024 Implementation, and FELE updates.
A highlight of the virtual meeting will be a panel discussion " From Policy to Practice: School Leaders' Experiences with Implementation and Implications.” Invited panelists include Florida building and district leaders who will share their experiences supporting and protecting the educational and mental well-being of their teachers and students while implementing recent legislative policies.
Details regarding the panel guests and discussion points will be shared in the final conference agenda/program and will be sent in a follow-up email.
Take the following steps to begin your participation in the FAPEL Fall Virtual Conference:
1. Renew your membership. Go to the FAPEL website membership page to become a member for the 2023-2024 year (all payments will be applied to the July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024, year). Click Join to pay (using PayPal) for individual or institutional membership.
Individual Membership $50.00
Institutional Membership $200.00
2. Register for the Fall 2023 Meeting. Click here to register for conference.

There is NO CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE FOR CURRENT FAPEL MEMBERS TO ATTEND THE VIRTUAL MEETING.
